Delivery

All orders are delivered by our own staff where possible. When we can’t make a delivery ourselves your order will be delivered by a carefully selected external courier. It is important when ordering to enter a valid email address & telephone number so that we can keep you updated on the status of your order. For security purposes, we can only deliver items ordered online to the cardholder’s address.

Your delivery time and cost will vary depending on the weight & size of the order / items within your basket. The checkout will display all delivery options available to you. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 - 4 working days. Sometimes delivery may take longer for situations outside of our control, such as bank holidays and Christmas closure dates. 

It is important that someone is present at your property to receive delivery. If delivery is missed this will incur a re delivery charge. Please be aware that most deliveries are a one-man service, providing curb side drop only, you must ensure an able-bodied person is present to receive the delivery.

Many items can be collected from any of our premises, if this option is available for your order, you'll see the option at the checkout along with the next available collection date. Please be aware, some larger items and tiles may only qualify for home delivery.
